People living with anxiety often battle dark and terrifying thoughts overcrowding their imagination and mind at all times of the night and day. Sometimes they end up waking up at odd hours at night unable to handle the fear and anxiousness or are pressed into panic mode even at the slightest hint of danger. Even if they try and share their condition with others around, they are often asked to calm down or take a break, something that is often beyond their reach.
